Description of the flag:
    The stars are arranged in two concentric circles; one circle for each planet, Justice and Mercy. Twenty-six stars comprise each circle; one star for each colony. The stars are white to represent innocence and purity. The official color is White.

    The Phoenix represents God, specifically Jesus Christ, and His death and resurrection. It also represents the freedom that has been bestowed upon all mankind from God. You can try to kill it, but it will always rise from the ashes of tyranny. It is centered to denote it should be, and is, the focus of the fifty-two colonies. The Phoenix is gold to represent the precious and priceless nature of God’s sacrifice and the freedom He has given to all men. The official gold color is Pantone Matching System 7405 Coated.

    The two wolves represent the two planets, Justice and Mercy. They guard and protect the Harmony created, the colonies and their citizens, and the freedom they value so much. They are wolves because of their strength, intelligence, and willingness to work together for the good of the pack; “E Pluribus Unum”, from many, one. The wolves are blue to represent honor, valor, and integrity. The official blue color is Pantone Matching System 7687 Coated.

    The black field represents the future; unknown but full of endless possibilities for all who seek them. The official black color is Pantone Matching System Black 6 Coated.

    The diagonal bars represent a framing built upon God and freedom (gold), innocence and purity (white), and honor, valor, and integrity (blue) that keeps the future from collapsing in and gives hope to all people and all future generations. God and freedom are the most important and, therefore, is the largest bar supporting the most. Then comes innocence and purity which cannot be obtained without the previous bar, and lastly honor, valor, and integrity, which cannot be obtained without the previous two bars.
